Henry will be running companion rescue/avalanche transceiver training sessions in Val d’Isère most Monday afternoons this Winter Season 2024/25.
The training will run from 14.00 to 16.30 in the La Daille area of Val. People coming up the valley for the afternoon will not need to buy a lift pass for this session.
In these sessions, you will learn how to be well prepared in how to use your avalanche safety equipment. We concentrate on the role of the avalanche transceiver, and include a discussion and short demo of shovel and probe use. At the end of the session you should be able to find a victim in around 5 minutes (with the goal of digging them out within 15 minutes).
Price per person: €75.
